Roles & Responsibilities:

Requirements :

• ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• ● Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
• ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Qualifications :

• ● Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven experience in email marketing and cold emailing, preferably in a service-based IT company.
• ● Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Gmass, Apollo ), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM), and data analytics tools.
• ● Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• ● Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• ● Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• ● Mobile Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.

• ● React Native Development: Experience in building cross-platform applications with React Native (iOS and Android).
• ● State Management: Knowledge of state management libraries (such as Redux, Context API, or MobX).

• ● Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size.
• ● Perform testing on various mobile Applications.
• ● Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
• ● Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.
• ● Support technical support staff and Application Developers to identify and resolve defects.
• ● Coordinate execution of test scripts with Project Managers, Test Leads, Internal Testers and Development Managers.
• ● Work with stakeholders to identify risk based tests in an agile methodology.
• ● Works within development teams and business to identify a test / QA solution, provide a strategy, estimates, and test plan.

Skills & Experience :

• ● Experience of implementing complex test plans in a variety of environments.
• ● Excellent understanding of the testing lifecycle, phase test objectives, entry/exit acceptance criteria and Risk-based approaches to the testing lifecycle definition.
• ● Experience of working in a pressured environment to strict deadlines.
• ● Mobile App testing background – desirable.
• ● Knowledge of Selenium & Cucumber / Specflow - advantageous
• ● Knowledge of Test Management tools JIRA, ALM
• ● Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional Scrum team.

Qualifications

• ● Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies to boost online presence.
• ● Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc).

• ● Helping the marketing team to follow up and improve the digital marketing strategy.

Requirements

• ● Any Degree with Digital marketing Course (Certified) and should have handled live projects.
• ● Understanding of SEO(On-page, Off-page, Technical), SEM, SMM, email marketing & content marketing.
• ● Familiar with tools like GSC, GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing tools, etc.
